Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday US Payroll Lead to drive the Payroll workstream within a Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday US Payroll workstream within an active implementation
• Own payroll design and configuration across earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll accounting
• Provide guidance on U.S. payroll compliance and support complex requirements including union environments and retirement plans

Qualifications

• Active Workday US Payroll Certification required
• Proven experience leading or supporting Workday US Payroll implementations
• Deep understanding of U.S. payroll regulations including tax and garnishments
• Hands-on experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation
• Exposure to union environments strongly preferred
