Job Summary

Leading the Payroll workstream within a Workday implementation, the contract-to-hire Workday US Payroll Lead will manage payroll design, configuration, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday US Payroll workstream within an active implementation
• Own payroll design and configuration across earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll accounting
• Provide guidance on U.S. payroll compliance and support complex requirements including union environments and retirement plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Workday US Payroll Certification required
• Proven experience leading or supporting Workday US Payroll implementations
• Deep understanding of U.S. payroll regulations including tax and garnishments
• Hands-on experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation
• Experience supporting retirement plans such as 401k
