Job Summary

Leading the Payroll workstream within Workday implementation and optimization projects, the full-time salaried Workday US Payroll Lead will manage payroll design, configuration, and client engagement while mentoring junior consultants in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday US Payroll workstream, overseeing payroll design and configuration across various processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on payroll best practices and managing expectations
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering their development in consulting skills and Workday implementation methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Active Workday US Payroll Certification required
• Proven experience leading Workday US Payroll implementations as a Lead Consultant or Workstream Lead
• Deep understanding of U.S. payroll regulations including tax, garnishments, and wage attachments
• Hands-on experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation processes
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior consultants and leading implementation teams
