Job Summary

Managing workers' compensation claims remotely, the temporary Workers Comp Claims Adjuster - IN/KY Licensed will investigate claims for multiple Midwest states, evaluate exposure, and establish reserves while ensuring effective communication with agents and policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation indemnity claims primarily involving time loss for Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Kentucky
• Investigate claims to determine compensability and assess exposure levels
• Set and adjust reserves based on claim evaluation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of lost time adjuster experience, with some medical claims experience preferred
• Jurisdictional expertise in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Kentucky
• Indiana and/or Kentucky adjuster licenses
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
