Job Summary

Supporting the claims operations team, the full-time Workers' Comp Claims Assistant will provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support remotely, ensuring efficient claim administration and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process claim notices, establish new claim files, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, organize claim documentation, and prepare correspondence and reports
  • Answer inquiries from stakeholders and provide professional customer service while escalating urgent matters as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or insurance-related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
