- Train and coach Customer Service Representatives, conducting audits and performance reviews
- Provide updates and exceptional service to clients regarding case progress and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Critical experience in supervising or managing teams
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
