Job Summary

- Conduct business reviews and deliver reporting and analytics tailored to client goals
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in workers' compensation or healthcare
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation workflows and repricing methodologies
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading implementations
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
