Job Summary

A company is looking for a Worker's Compensation Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account authorizations and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure claim resolution
• Communicate with clinics and insurance companies regarding authorization status and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain knowledge of compliance practices and assist in identifying denial trends for insurance claims

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable follow-up
• Understanding of clinic operations related to patient registration and insurance processes
• Knowledge of insurance payor reimbursement and claims processing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks accurately
• Experience with denial management and third-party policies
