Workers Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

Experienced in claims management, the fully remote Workers Compensation Subrogation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims appropriately
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
