Workers Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Workers Compensation Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while working remotely and applying their expertise in claims management and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action and resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster's licenses in relevant states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
