Job Summary

Experienced Workers Compensation Adjusters will find a fully remote opportunity to investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims by analyzing exposure and litigation, planning actions, and resolving claims effectively
• Communicate extensively with various stakeholders involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses or certifications in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
