Job Summary

Managing workers' compensation claims remotely, the full-time Lost Time Adjuster will handle indemnity and medical-only cases across Midwest states, investigate claim compensability, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve workers' compensation claims, focusing on indemnity and some medical-only cases
• Investigate claim compensability, assess exposure, and set appropriate reserves
• Communicate effectively with agents, policyholders, and business partners to provide updates and resolutions

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a lost time adjuster or in a similar claims management role
• Jurisdictional expertise in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Kentucky workers' compensation laws
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting or in an office environment
