Workers Compensation Adjuster PA/NJ

Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims for PA and NJ, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
• Investigate and resolve claims while ensuring compliance with clients' policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers compensation claims
• Active Adjusters' licenses for PA and NJ
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
