Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave & Workers Compensation Administrator to join their HR team on a remote contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate ADA, FMLA, and other leave programs to ensure compliance
  • Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for leave and workers' compensation programs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation and leave administration
  • Strong understanding of state and federal laws related to WC, FMLA, and ADA
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex cases
  • Experience with HRIS systems and vendor case management platforms
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
