Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave & Workers Compensation Administrator to join their HR team on a remote contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate ADA, FMLA, and other leave programs to ensure compliance
- Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for leave and workers' compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation and leave administration
- Strong understanding of state and federal laws related to WC, FMLA, and ADA
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex cases
- Experience with HRIS systems and vendor case management platforms
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
