Job Summary
Managing the administration of the Company workers' compensation program, the full-time Workers Compensation Analyst will ensure compliance with state and federal laws while overseeing claims, engaging with stakeholders, and developing strategies for timely employee return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees day-to-day administration of the workers' compensation program across multiple states
- Assesses new claims and engages in serious or questionable cases while maintaining communication with employees and managers
- Partners with various stakeholders to develop claims strategies and recommends enhancements to policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims or a Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to exercise discretion and handle conflict effectively
- Experience in developing and administering transitional duty programs
- Willingness to travel to the Northlake, Illinois site at least once per month
