Job Summary
Working from home full-time, the Workers' Compensation Analyst will manage the administration, processing, and coordination of Workers' Compensation claims, including claim investigations and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Completes detailed investigations of Workers' Compensation claims and advises on acceptance or contestation
- Monitors employee use of paid time off and ensures accurate payment in collaboration with the Payroll Department
- Maintains OSHA 300 Log and attends Workers' Compensation hearings as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation processes preferred
- Ability to gather and analyze data effectively
- Familiarity with medical records and payroll documentation processes
