Job Summary
Supporting the corporate Safety team, the contract Workers Compensation Analyst will administer and coordinate the workers' compensation program remotely across nationwide distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for workers' compensation programs and claims
- Ensure timely claim reporting and accurate documentation by local teams
- Support claim monitoring, stakeholder communication, and coordination with insurance carriers and TPAs
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in workers' compensation, safety, HR, risk management, or a related function
- Knowledge of workers' compensation claims processes, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs
- Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims partners
- Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and safety-related claims management
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments
