Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and improvement of Workers Compensation and Return-to-Work programs through performance analytics and vendor oversight
• Manage litigation processes and provide support for complex claims, ensuring optimal resolution strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training, compliance, and quality assurance related to Workers Compensation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a finance or analytical role within a relevant industry
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
