Job Summary

Driving performance improvements in premium audit operations, the remote Manager, Premium Audit will manage audit processes, oversee vendor relationships, and implement operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

• Manage premium audit operations, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met
• Develop and execute initiatives for process improvement and customer experience enhancement

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation Premium Audit experience required
• 6+ years of overall commercial insurance experience required
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience required
• Experience managing both internal teams and external vendor relationships preferred
