Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate audits for accuracy, compliance, and consistency
• Identify auditor trends and provide insights for training adjustments
• Provide mentoring and feedback to auditors to support professional growth

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of premium insurance audit experience in Workers' Compensation and/or General Liability
• WCIRB Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of premium audit processes and procedures
• Working knowledge of PAAS, NCCI, WCIRB, and Nexus preferred
