Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Underwriting Operations, Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports in the development and implementation of technical underwriting and product expertise
• Analyze book of business performance and trends, recommending adjustments and ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with senior management on complex accounts and lead enterprise development projects impacting pricing and coverage

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with commercial lines products, including workers' compensation
• Three or more years of management experience preferred
• Professional insurance designations relevant to the area of expertise desired
• Core proficiency in leading underwriting or operations teams managing a profitable book of business
