Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in medical bill review operations, the full-time Workers' Compensation Bill Review Lead will manage client relationships, ensure optimal service delivery, and identify new business opportunities while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage high-level client relationships and ensure client satisfaction during the delivery of outsourced solutions
• Identify new business opportunities to grow client relationships and enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with the delivery team to execute contract terms and ensure timely project delivery

Required qualifications:

• College degree or high school diploma with 2-4 years of industry experience
• Experience in workers' compensation or auto casualty bill review preferred
• Ability to present and interpret data to customers effectively
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong grammar and business writing skills for documentation and customer communication
