Job Summary

Leading a team of claims adjusters, the fully remote Workers Compensation Branch Manager will drive hiring and training initiatives, define branch goals, and engage with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the vision and mission by providing efficient service and support to clients
  • Drive the hiring and training of adjusters to foster a culture of performance and improvement
  • Manage multiple priorities while coaching team members for successful development
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
  • Knowledge of team member related functions
