Job Summary
Leading a team of claims adjusters, the fully remote Workers Compensation Branch Manager will drive hiring and training initiatives, define branch goals, and engage with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the vision and mission by providing efficient service and support to clients
- Drive the hiring and training of adjusters to foster a culture of performance and improvement
- Manage multiple priorities while coaching team members for successful development
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of team member related functions
