Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to provide customer service and internal support to an assigned team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims in collaboration with the Clinical Case Management Team
  • Collect and document data for claims while adhering to workflow and guidelines
  • Process treatment services and verify return-to-work status through communication with claim parties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One year of case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Knowledge of Bureau of Workers' Compensation rules and processes
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
