Workers' Compensation Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Case Manager to assist in managing cases from intake to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
