Job Summary
Managing a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases remotely, the full-time Workers' Compensation Case Manager will assist in case progression from intake to settlement while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries
Required qualifications
- Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
