- Interprets policy coverages and makes independent judgments on complex claims
- Directs investigative activities and litigation strategies in collaboration with legal counsel
- Analyzes claims activity and prepares comprehensive reports for clients and management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry designations preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling DBA or Longshore Workers' Compensation claims
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong technical claims investigation and settlement experience
- Workers Compensation Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements
