Workers Compensation Claim Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claim Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely from Central or Eastern time zone locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manages daily activities and financial transactions of the Claim Operations Team, assigning and reviewing work activities
• Evaluates team performance, identifies training needs, and ensures adherence to performance targets
• Provides regular status reports to senior leadership and facilitates the onboarding of new team members

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation operations or claims experience, including 2 years in team management
• Knowledge of mandatory forms preferred
• Must reside within the Central or Eastern time zone
• Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
