Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims TPA Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee TPA handled claims, including investigations, reserving, and settlements
• Provide strategic direction to TPA adjusters and monitor compliance with claim handling procedures
• Consult with legal and resolve TPA claim and coverage questions to ensure proactive claim management

Required Qualifications

• Active adjuster license
• 3-5 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims
• Technical understanding of claims investigation techniques and insurance coverages
• Experience with large loss injury litigation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
