Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mid- and higher-level workers compensation claims to determine benefits and manage ongoing adjudication
• Develop and manage claims' action plans, coordinating return-to-work efforts and approving claim payments
• Negotiate settlements and ensure proper documentation and coding of claims files

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing lost time claims in NJ and PA
• In-depth understanding of PA and NJ workers' compensation statutes and regulations
• Familiarity with state-specific forms and EDI filing
• Experience in negotiating settlements and managing claims in litigation
• Licenses are preferred but not required
