Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster II (Workers' Compensation).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims, including verifying coverage and determining compensability
• Establish case reserves and evaluate benefits in compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• Coordinate medical treatment and collaborate with legal representatives to mitigate litigation exposure

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of workers' compensation claims adjusting or insurance experience
• 3 years of high-level work comp claims management experience
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and claim management procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• State certification or license may be required; relevant insurance certifications preferred
