Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from initiation to closure
• Conduct investigations, make compensability decisions, and negotiate settlements
• Provide excellent customer service and support to agents and customers throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience required
• Experience working in Oregon or Nevada required
• Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in claim adjudication and medical management
