Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To analyze mid to high-level Workers Compensation Lost-Time claims for clients in NJ and VA jurisdictions, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage claims processing, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of NJ and VA jurisdictions
