Job Summary

Seeking a temporary Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, the full-time position allows remote work across the United States and involves adjudicating complex indemnity claims for various states while managing litigation and reporting on claims trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjudicate higher technical complexity workers' compensation claims with significant authority
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and analyzing relevant documentation
• Prepare reports and negotiate settlements to ensure timely resolution and optimal financial outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in CT, DC, DE, MD, or VT
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience with insurance designations
• Licensure required in CT, DE, and VT
• Strong claim negotiation skills and business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
