Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a temporary Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, this full-time position can be performed onsite in various locations or fully remote, and is responsible for adjudicating indemnity workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity for clients in specific states.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims with a direct impact on departmental results
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and analyzing relevant documentation
• Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while managing claims in litigation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in AL, LA, MS, or TN
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Licensure required in AL, LA, and MS
• Strong claim negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
