Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions while managing the claims process
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claim to facilitate resolution
• Document claim activities timely to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster's license in TX or FL, with multi-state preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
