Job Summary

Partnering with the Claims Operations Department, the full-time TEMP-Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster will focus on correcting EDI and CMS Section 111 errors in claims files, working remotely across the United States without managing a personal caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Claims Operations and individual Claims Adjusters to rectify EDI and CMS Section 111 errors
• Research and obtain missing or misaligned information to clear identified errors in claims systems and state reporting websites
• Accurately enter or correct data in various fields as required to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation claims handling or EDI/Medicare reporting analysis
• Strong tenacity in obtaining missing information
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility in problem-solving
• Intrinsic motivation with a strong sense of accountability for work quality
