Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Medical Only Claims Representative will investigate and manage medical-only claims, maintaining communication with all necessary parties and exercising authority to approve or deny medical invoice payments.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage all aspects of medical-only claims, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
• Verify coverage and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders throughout the claims process
• Approve or deny payment of medical invoices and determine case reserves, with authority up to $10,000

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience handling medical-only claims is required
• Current license(s) to adjust workers' compensation claims in Delaware, Connecticut, or New Hampshire is preferred, or willingness to obtain
• A high school diploma is required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
