Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Handling all aspects of workers' compensation claims, the full-time remote Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage claim investigations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service to partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire claims process from setup to closure, including conducting investigations and making compensability decisions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partner agents and customers, providing claim guidance and maintaining communication regarding claim status
• Continuously improve claims operations by identifying gaps in service and advocating for optimal claims experiences

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience
• Experience with claims in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee
• Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements related to claims
• Familiarity with G-Suite Tools and collaboration platforms like Slack is preferred
