Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex claims by applying analytical skills, ensuring effective communication among involved parties, and providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while adhering to corporate policies and statutory requirements
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner to support the overall claim file outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers compensation claims, including lost time and litigation
• Active adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions (PA/NJ/DE)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer proficiency with claims and business software
