Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims across New England, utilizing their extensive claims management experience to analyze exposures, ensure effective communication with all parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions to bring claims to resolution
• Interact extensively with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
