Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims in New England, applying analytical skills to evaluate and resolve claims while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
