Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster (AR, CO, LA, OK)

Job Summary

Seeking a temporary Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster (AR, CO, LA, OK), the full-time role will adjudicate complex indemnity claims while working remotely from anywhere in the United States until approximately October 9, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate higher technical complexity workers' compensation claims with a direct impact on departmental results
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and analyzing relevant documentation
• Report on claims trends and developments to senior management and negotiate settlements effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in AR, CO, LA, OK
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• AR, LA, OK licenses required at the start of the assignment
• Strong claim negotiation skills and a good understanding of insurance business operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
