Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - AR, LA, MS will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with claimants and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in AR, LA, and MS
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
