Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - AR, LA, MS will manage complex workers compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims, applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in AR, LA, and MS
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
