Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims for Arkansas and Oklahoma, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - AR/OK will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with clients and claimants to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in Arkansas and Oklahoma
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
