Experienced in managing complex indemnity and lost time claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - CT, NH, RI, VT will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active licenses in CT, NH, RI, and VT
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
