Job Summary

Managing complex indemnity and lost time workers compensation claims, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - CT, NH, RI, VT will work remotely to analyze claims exposure, communicate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, ensuring empathy and effective communication throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the resolution of claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in CT, NH, RI, and VT
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
