Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - CT, NH, RI, VT will manage complex indemnity and lost time claims, utilizing over five years of claims experience to analyze exposure, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure resolution in alignment with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact extensively with claimants and various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
