A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims with a direct impact on departmental results
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and managing litigation
• Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while ensuring timely resolution of claims

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in FL and MA
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• License required in FL, RI, or TX
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and claim management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
